We can offer a small meeting room at Project 57, suitable for no more than six people, or the use of the Community Shop, which can accommodate up to twenty people. If neither of these are suitable for your requirements, we can put you in touch with the owners/managers of other community facilities in Ibstock that may be able to meet your needs.
A range of additional client and delegate services are available including buffet lunches, coffee/tea and other refreshments, telephone messaging boards, flip-charts, TV and video, colour and black and white photocopying, printing, etc.
The hire charges for the facility will vary depending on the range of training and support tools required, with all consumables billed separately.
The Community Shop current costs £10 per hour plus caretaking charges if required. Discounts may be available for multiple bookings, local organisations, charities, Social Enterprises and members of ICE - please ask for more details.
